Local content
As of September 2026, official ARSP publications refer to Law No. 17/001 of 8 February 2017 as amended by Law No. 26/017 of 30 June 2026. The current framework includes eligibility requirements for subcontractors and provides for exceptions in defined circumstances. ASM therefore treats supplier eligibility and supporting documentation as procurement controls, while directing legal questions to the official texts and qualified counsel.
